From Newton, take Route 9 eastbound through Brookline.  Continue through the lights at Brookline Avenue (Brooke House is on your right), and go under the Jamaica Way Bridge.  At the third set of lights, take a right onto Tremont Street (Peter Brent Brigham Hospital and Fleet Bank will be on your left).  At the third set of lights take a right onto Columbus Ave.  Roxbury Community College will then be on your left.  Take your first left onto Cedar Street for parking.
